Day 1 Sept 20 W – SASKATCHEWAN – WINNIPEG lose one hour Join our tour from Prince Albert, Saskatoon, Regina, Moosomin, Brandon or Winnipeg and if time allows anywhere along this route.

Day 2 Sept 21 Th – WINNIPEG – THUNDER BAY B lose one hour Travel through Kenora, Dryden and Ignace. Admire the 40-metre high Kakabeka Falls, the second highest waterfall in Ontario and has some of the oldest fossils in existence. Overnight in Thunder Bay.

Day 3 Sept 22 F – THUNDER BAY – SAULT SAINT MARIE B Visit the Terry Fox Memorial and Lookout, it offers a panoramic view of Thunder Bay and Lake Superior. While in White River, find out where Winnie-the-Pooh originated. Overnight in Sault Ste Marie.

Day 4 Sept 23 Sa – SAULT SAINT MARIE – TORONTO B Enjoy the view as you drive through some of the oldest French settlements in North America, along Lake Huron, with stops in Blind River, Sudbury – the home of the Giant Nickel and Parry Sound. Overnight in Toronto area.

Day 5 Sept 24 Su – TORONTO – NIAGARA FALLS B This morning with your All About Toronto guide, seeing hi-lights of Toronto as well as going up the CN Tower. Followed by a narrated Harbour Cruise, where you’ll see Skydome, China Town, Queens Park, Harbourfront and so much more. Mid afternoon on route to Niagara Falls, you have the opportunity to shop at a Factory Outlet Mall which combines brand name fashion and lifestyle retailers – all at outlet prices, before settling in your hotel in Niagara Falls.

Day 6 Sept 25 M – NIAGARA ALL DAY TOURS B D All About Niagara guide will show you hi-lights of Niagara area as well as the “Whirlpool Aero Car.” You are transported by cable car above Niagara River, offering a wonderful view of Niagara Whirlpool, where the river escapes through the narrowest channel in the gorge. “Journey Behind the Falls,” a unique view of the Falls from below and behind, by access to outdoor observation decks and portals. “Horn-Blower Boat Cruise,” takes you close to the breathtaking flow of water, power and mist. This evening is your welcome to our tour banquet with a view of the city around you in the Skylon Tower. Overnight in Niagara Falls.

Day 7 Sept 26 T – NIAGARA FALLS – OTTAWA B Stop at the “Big Apple” roadside venue featuring counter-serve dining, country store and games. Followed drive by historic sights in Kingston before traveling to Ottawa to tour the Canadian Mint. It’s a 1908 Castle-like headquarters with the world’s biggest coin and gold bars on display. Settle into your hotel for the next 2 nights which is close to By Ward Market. Overnight in Ottawa.

Day 8 Sept 27 W – OTTAWA ALL DAY TOUR B Step On Guides company will show you around Ottawa, beginning with the Parliament Grounds, followed by Rideau Canal, Prime Minister home. Rockcliffe District and Byward Market. This is a buzzing hub of outdoor farmers’ market stalls and specialty food shops selling just about everything. There is colorful street art, crafts and clothes. Be sure to try a Beaver Tail while you are there. Overnight in Ottawa.

Day 9 Sept 28 Th – OTTAWA – MONTREAL B Meet your Step On Guide who will show you the best of Montreal. Some of the highlights will be Ste-Catherine Street, St-Helen Island, Mont-Royal and The Old Place just to name a few. You will also take a boat cruise on the St Lawrence River. Overnight in Montreal area.

Day 10 Sept 29 F – MONTREAL - QUEBEC CITY B L Enjoy a traditional French Canadian meal with live folk music. Taste maple taffy on snow and see how maple syrup is made. Step On Guide will show you Plains of Abraham, Cape Diamond, Joan of Arc Garden, Grande Allee, Place d’Armes, Old Quebec and so much more. Overnight in Quebec City.

Day 11 Sept 30 Sa – QUEBEC CITY FREE DAY FOR ALL B bus and driver do not move today. Sightsee on your own or rest, relax, recharge, your choice.

Day 12 Oct 1 Su - QUEBEC CITY – FREDERICTON B lose one hour Visit a Wood Carver Museum before bidding farewell to Quebec. Cross into New Brunswick which lies entirely within the Appalachian Mountain range. Witness Grand Falls spectacular gorge with its breathtaking views. Followed by Hartland Bridge, the world’s longest covered bridge. Overnight in Fredericton.

Day 13 Oct 2 M -  FREDERICTON – MONCTON B L Tour sights of Fredericton before heading to King’s Landing for lunch. Tour the living history village museum with original buildings from the period of 1820 – 1920 nestled in a majestic setting. Later you’ll witness the illusion of vehicles rolling up hill at Magnetic Hill in Moncton. Stroll the Wharf Village with it’s unique shopping, delicious food and tasty treats. Overnight in Moncton.

Day 14 Oct 3 T - MONCTON – CHARLOTTETOWN B late L Travel to Hopewell Rocks, the highest tides in the world. If the tide is right you will have the opportunity to walk on the sea floor. Stop for a group photo at the giant Lobster in Shediac, the “Lobster Capital of the World”. Take an afternoon cruise on the bay and lobster meal (other choices offered). They show you how to fish for lobster and how to eat your catch. Stop at the Confederation Bridge Lookout to see the world’s largest bridge connecting Prince Edward Island to New Brunswick. Overnight in Charlottetown.

Day 15 Oct 4 W - CHARLOTTETOWN ALL DAY TOUR B Target Tours guide takes you on a North Shore tour of Prince Edward Island. Tour includes North Rustico Harbour fishing village, Anne of Green Gables house, the Bluffs, Stanley Bridge and Founder’s Hall. Overnight in Charlottetown.

Day 16 Oct 5 Th - CHARLOTTETOWN – HALIFAX B Stop in Springhill for a little music history, of Anne Murray. Travel through Truro, Stewiake to Halifax Pier 21 Museum of Immigration. Discover the history of immigration in Canada before, during, and after Pier 21 was active. Heritage Interpreters walk you through 400 years of history. If you are curious about a particular ship or you want to know more about War Brides, let your guide know. Overnight in Halifax 1 block from harbour.

Day 17 Oct 6 F - HALIFAX ALL DAY TOUR B Local Guide will show you some highlights of Halifax. The Citadel, a fortified summit restored to the Victoria period. Oak island if not filming. The Halifax Explosion anchor sight, drive by the Titanic graveyard. Drive the lighthouse route to Peggy’s Cove. Visit the authentic 19th century fishing village of Lunenburg, to Mahone Bay, to see one of the most iconic views, of the Three Churches. Overnight in Halifax.

Day 18 Oct 7 Sa - HALIFAX FREE DAY FOR ALL B Bus and driver do not move today. Sight see on your own. Rest, relax, recharge, your choice. Options: The Farmers market relocated to Pier 23. Lots of amazing vendors selling homemade goods, home cooked food plus artists, sculptures and more food. Visit the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, ride the Alderney or Woodside Ferries to Dartmouth or Woodside Wharf. Overnight in Halifax.

Day 19 Oct 8 Su - HALIFAX – NORTH SYDNEY B Fair well to Halifax, stopping at Their Light Shall Always Shine Memorial Park in New Glasgow. View the shores of Bras d’ Or Lake to Baddeck to learn about the inventor, scientist and engineer Alexander Graham Bell. Overnight in North Sydney.

Day 20 Oct 9 M - North Sydney - Cabot Trail B L Target Tours guide takes you along the Cabot Trail, a scenic roadway passing through Cape Breton Highlands National Park. You follow the rugged coastline providing spectacular views of the ocean. Enjoy your mountain view lunch along the way. Overnight in North Sydney.

Day 21 Oct 10 T - North Sydney – Port aux Basques B lose ½ hr Board the Marine Atlantic Ferry and sail to Newfoundland, one of the best-kept vacation secrets, nestled into the northeast corner of North America. The province offers a leisurely “Old World” pace and is one of the most romantic places in Canada.

Day 22 Oct 11 W - Port aux Basques – St Anthony B L Lunch at Rocky Harbour. Visit the Salmon Interpretation Center and with a little luck you may see some salmon in the underground view of the river or some jumping at the base of the falls by the fish ladder. Walk amongst the Thrombolites in Flowers Cove. One of the only a few places in the world where you can experience these gigantic phenomena. They are very rare fossils made by unicellular creature about 650 million years ago. Easy trail to walk about 18 min round-trip. Overnight in St Anthony. The most northerly tip of the island of Newfoundland, a main service centre for northern Newfoundland and southern Labrador.

Day 23 Oct 12 Th - St Anthony – Deer Lake B L Tour Norstead – a full living village and port of trade as it may have looked during the Viking era. New dating method shows Vikings occupied Newfoundland in 1021 CE(common/current era). Stroll around L’Anse Meadows which was the first and only known site established by Vikings in North America and the earliest evidence of European settlement in the New World. Overnight in Deer Lake.

Day 24 Oct 13 F - Deer Lake – Clarenville B Today you’ll see Gander’s airport, one of the largest runways in Canada which received worldwide attention for the role it played in safely grounding 38 wide-body planes during 9/11. Then to Silent Witness Memorial, a tranquil park dedicated to the 256 individuals who lost their lives in 1985 in the Arrow Air crash. Overnight in Clarenville.

Day 25 Oct 14 Sa - Clarenville – St John’s B L This morning you’ll see a collapsed sea cave with a natural archway carved by the sea at Dungeon Park. Go to the tip of Cape Bonavista and tour the 1843 lighthouse, followed by drive by sight of Mockbeggar Plantation, a fishery plantation site since the 1700s, a thriving operation that played a major role in the development of Bonavista. Stop in Port Union at the Coaker Factory for lunch and tour the Museum. Take part in a traditional Newfie Screech-In. Drive around view of St John’s at night before going to hotel. Overnight in St John’s.

Day 26 Oct 15 Su - St John’s B S This morning you will tour the Rooms or the Geo center. Meet the Wildland tour guide who will take you to the other of the 2 plus St John’s historic sights. Cape Spear, Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi Village, war memorial and Jellybean row, and more. Overnight in St John’s.

Day 27 Oct 16 M - St John’s – Home B Fly from St John’s to Saskatoon airport.
