2015 China, Yangtze River Cruise and Hong Kong (Apr. 25th –May 12th)

Day 1, April 25th: Canada – Beijing. Depart from Canada for Beijing.
Day 2, April 26th: Beijing. Arrive, meet and transfer to the Beijing International Hotel.
Day 3, April 27th: Beijing (B/L). Today visit Tiananmen Square, the largest plaza in the world. Forbidden City, whose acres of splendid 15th century halls and pavilions are graced with treasures. Next the elegant Summer Palace where there is a complex of temples, pavilions and galleries situated on an immense man-made lake.
Day 4, April 28th: Beijing (B/L). A day you won’t forget! Walk on the Great Wall of China! Visit the Jade stone workshop, and photo stop at the Bird Nest Stadium and spectacular Water Cube water park.
Day 5, April 29th: Beijing (B/L). Visit Temple of Heaven (watch local people performing traditional Chinese Tai Chi), Pearl factory and also enjoy a Hutong Tour by rickshaw ride with a local home visit.
Day 6, April 30th: Beijing – Xian (B/L). Fly to Xian today. Visit the Provincial Museum and Big Wild Goose Pagoda built in 652 AD. It is one of the most ancient buildings in China. Overnight at the “Jian Guo Hotel” in Xian.
Day 7, May 1st: Xian (B/L/Special Dinner). Full Day excursion: Visit the famous Terracotta Warriors Museum. The individually sculpted warriors may be the archaeological find of the century. En route back to the city stop at a ceramics and pottery workshop. Enjoy a Dumpling Dinner and Tang Dynasty Show this evening.
Day 8, May 2nd: Chongqing (B/L/D). Overnight on cruise. Fly to Chongqing via a domestic flight. Visit the famous Panda Park which also houses Siberian tigers, kangaroos, and Indian elephants on its 45 hectares of land. Enjoy a locally flavoured hot pot dinner before embarking on the MV Gold #2 (5-star Cruise, standard cabins with private balcony).
Day 9, May 3rd: Three Gorges (B/L/D). Sail a distance of 692 km between the great gorges and deep mountain valleys. It is one of the most spectacular sights in China. The shore excursion in the afternoon is to the “City of Ghosts”. Temples will reveal ancient Chinese religion and legends with their imaged construction.
Day 10, May 4th: Three Gorges (B/L/D). Sail into Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge. Mossy cliffs are hemmed in by the banging pathways under the Twelve Peaks. Arrive at the famed Shennong Stream, a tributary of the Yangtze with deep gorges, sheer cliffs and waterfalls. Here you will change to small boats to sail deeper into the Lesser Three Gorges (3 hrs). Arriving upstream, change to small sampans and visit an ethnic village. Return to the cruise and continue to sail in the Xiling Gorge.
Day 11, May 5th: Yichang – Shanghai (B/L). Excursion to the Three Gorges Dam Site and pass via five ship locks which lowers the ship down 412 feet, before ending the cruise in Yichang. Transfer to the airport and fly to Shanghai. Stay at the Ocean Hotel Shanghai.
Day 12, May 6th: Shanghai (B/L/D). Today is a full day of sightseeing. Shanghai is the largest city in China. First is a bus excursion to the Shanghai Museum, then onto The Bund which is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years. Next is Xintiandi, which is a high-end shopping and dining area, and then onto Pudong New Development Zone which has become an ideal land for global investors. This evening visit the famous Shanghai Acrobatic Show.
Day 13, May 7th: Shanghai– Suzhou–Shanghai (B/L). Today take a bus excursion to the water town of Suzhou. Visit the Master of the Nets Garden known as one of the finest gardens in China. A visit to a Silk Spinning Factory is a must! Beautiful, colourful, and woven fabrics are displayed for all to see. Cruising the famous Grand Canal is the best way to see the magnificent scenery of the countryside with its small river towns. The canal is 2,000 years old and 1,200 miles long. Lastly visit Pingjiang Road Old Town Area. This is part of the historic, cultural area of old Suzhou and is a portrait of “water and land with rivers adjacent to the streets”.
Day 14, May 8th: Shanghai (B). Enjoy this magical city at your leisure. Wander the markets and stores for that beautiful piece of silk or revisit some of the wonderful sights of Shanghai.
Day 15, May 9th: Shanghai – Hong Kong. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival transfer to the Kimberley Hotel.
Day 16, May 10th: Hong Kong (B). This morning is a half Day City Island Tour. Tour Wanchai Susie World where the 1960 movie “World of Susie Wong” was made. Visit Happy Valley Horse Racing Course which is one of two race courses in Hong Kong. Ride the cable car up the famous Peak which is the only way to experience the views of this incredible Island. Ride through Aberdeen Floating Village, Clear Water Bay, and Repulse Bay and finish up at Stanley Market. Afternoon is free to shop and wander the market place.
Day 17, May 11th: Hong Kong (B/D). Free time in the morning to last minute shop and buy that perfect gift! Farewell dinner at a Chinese Restaurant and then enjoy the incredible laser night show over the Victoria Harbour. What a sight!
Day 18, May 12th: Hong Kong – Vancouver. Transfer to the airport for your flight back home with memories of this ancient part of the world and new found friends.
2015 Maritimes & Newfoundland (Sept. 21st - Oct. 21st)

Day 3, Wednesday, September 23rd: Thunder Bay - Sault Saint Marie (B). Agawa Crafts and Canadian Carving store a "trading post" of sorts that showcase the talent and wares of local native Indian crafts.
Day 4, Thursday, September 24th: Sault Saint Marie - North Bay (B). Dionne Quintuplet Home.
Day 5, Friday, September 25th: North Bay - Ottawa (B). RCMP Visitor Center, Mountie Shop.
Day 6, Saturday, September 26th: Ottawa (B). Parliament building tour, guided city tour, Byward Market, option of Canadian War Museum OR Canadian Museum of History.
Day 7, Sunday, September 27th: Ottawa - Montreal - Quebec City (B). Guided city tour of Montreal.

DAY 01 (D): Depart Saskatoon International for New York, NY, USA. Arrive New York La Guardia Airport. You will be met by your limousine driver and transferred to the hotel, your home for five nights. Evening: Dinner & Welcoming Reception.
DAY 02 (B): Sight-seeing New York & Broadway Show. Morning: Hop on Hop Off City Double Decker “All Loops” Bus Tour sites including admission to the Ferry to The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The host is a local expert who will be on hand to answer your questions, offer suggestions, help you navigate the city. This evening enjoy a welcome dinner at the hotel.
Day 3, Wednesday, September - REYKJAVIK (B). The morning guided sightseeing and orientation drives by all of Reykjavik’s famous landmarks. Pass by the presidential residence Bessastaõir and then on to the unique view point at PERLAN (the Pearl), built atop the city’s geothermal hot water reservoirs. Pass by the sports and recreation area Laugardalur and then on to HALLGRIMSKIRKA church, the old town centre and the Icelandic parliament building Alpingi. This afternoon enjoy the world-famous BLUE LAGOON geothermal spa.
Day 4, Thursday, September 10th - REYKJAVIK - EXCURSION TO GEYSIR AND GULLFOSS WATERFALL (B/D). Today, with a local guide stop at the hot springs at GEYSIR for a real treat: meet the chef of the Geysir restaurant and walk with him to the geothermal areas. Taste freshly baked bread, which is cooked using the heat from the hot-springs, with Icelandic butter, boiled eggs and herring, and a glass of geysir schnapps, served at freezing point. Continue to the mighty GULLFOSS WATERFALL and drive by the Eyjafjallajökull volcano. This evening enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 5, Friday, September 11th - REYKJAVIK - OSLO NORWAY (B). Depart Reykjavik and fly to Oslo! Upon arrival meet your Tour Director and transfer to hotel.
Day 6, Saturday, September 12th - OSLO (B). After breakfast, sightseeing with a Local Guide features the National Theatre, Parliament, and the Royal Palace. Stroll through magnificent FROGNER PARK with Gustav Vigeland’s 200-plus extraordinary bronze and granite sculptures and visit the modern CITY HALL. In the afternoon, visit the TREASURES OF NORWAY. Admire relics from Norway's great seafaring past: 1,000-year-old ornamented Viking ships; the Fram, a 100-year-old primitive ship used for Arctic expeditions; and Thor Heyerdahl's fantastic Ra and Kon-Tiki vessels.
Day 7, Sunday, September 13th - OSLO - GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN (B). This morning, drive along the Skagerrak coastline to Gothenburg, Sweden’s thriving second-largest city, and admire its beautiful parks, botanical gardens, and well-kept canals during your orientation tour.
Day 8, Monday, September 14th - GOTHENBURG - COPENHAGEN, DENMARK (B). Today we travel to Copenhagen, Denmark. Crossing over one of the most remarkably engineered bridges in the world, the Orelund Bridge. This bridge expands 16 km long and 4 km of an underwater tunnel.
Day 9, Tuesday, September 15th - COPENHAGEN (B/D). Today enjoy a leisurely breakfast , pick up any last minute items before your transfer to the NCL Star for your wonderful nine day Baltic Capitals Cruise departing Copenhagen at 5 pm.
Day 10, Wednesday, September 16th - WARNEMUNDE (BERLIN), GERMANY (7 AM - 10 PM) – Shore Excursion Incl. (B/L/D). This morning your tour will cover the top 10 sights of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Take a panoramic tour of the city by coach before you disembark and step back in time on a city walk and cover most sights on foot.
Day 11, Thursday, September 17th - AT SEA (B/L/D). A day at sea give you the opportunity to learn about all the Norwegian Sun has to offer.
Day 12, Friday, September 18th - TALLINN, ESTONIA (9 AM - 5:30 PM) - Shore Excursion Incl. (B/L/D). As you approach the Old Town, you’ll get fascinating views of the medieval city wall with its fairy tale turrets. Enjoy a walking tour through the old streets in the Lower Town. You’ll see the beautiful medieval guild houses, the Gothic Town Hall, the charming 15th century apothecary and more.
Day 13, Saturday, September 19th - ST PETERSBURG, RUSSIA (Arrive 8 AM) - Shore Excursion Incl. (B/L/D). See the most remarkable sites of St. Petersburg. Day 14, Sunday, September 20th - ST PETERSBURG, RUSSIA (Depart 7 PM) (B/L/D). Today, your opportunity to enjoy this magical city is at hand. Maybe a Russian Folklore Show, a night of Russian Ballet, or an in-depth visit to the Hermitage; the options are limitless.
Day 15, Monday, September 21st - HELSINKI, FINLAND (7 AM - 4 PM) - Shore Excursion Included (B/L/D). Discover the main highlights of Helsinki known as the 'White City of the North’. The tour includes Senate Square, the Olympic Stadium, Sibelius Monument, Tempelliaukio Rock Church and other historic city landmarks.
Day 16, Tuesday, September 22nd - STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (8 AM - 4 PM) - Shore Excursion Included (B/L/D). Meet your guide and begin with a short panoramic drive of the city. Continue to Gamla Stan, the enchanting, medieval Old Town. You’ll pass the Royal Palace and the dramatic royal theatre as you drive to the island of Djurgarden, to visit the Vasa Museum.
Day 17, Wednesday, September 23rd - AT SEA (B/L/D).
Day 18, Thursday, September 24th - COPENHAGEN (Arrive 7 AM) (B/D). Meet Tour Director and transfer from ship. Sightseeing with a Local Guide features the Church of Our Savior and the Stock Exchange on the way to Christiansborg Palace, where you visit the elegant ROYAL RECEPTION ROOMS. Drive past the National Museum and the Royal Theatre, and stop for pictures of Amalienborg Palace and at the LITTLE MERMAID statue. Visit TIVOLI GARDENS, the city’s colourful amusement park. Tonight, a farewell dinner with wine awaits you at the hotel to celebrate the conclusion of your journey.
Day 19, Friday, September 25th - COPENHAGEN (B). After breakfast this morning, we will transfer to the airport to catch our flights home to Canada.

Day 1, September 15th - Depart Canada for Edinburgh (D). Overnight flight to Edinburgh.
Day 2, September 16th - Arrive Edinburgh (3 nights) (B/D). We are met by our Travel Director upon arrival at the Edinburgh Airport and we are transferred to our hotel for our three night stay. In the evening, we dine a local restaurant for our Welcome Dinner with our Travel Director and fellow travelling companions.
Day 3, September 17th - Edinburgh Sightseeing (B). This morning with our Local Specialist takes you on a sightseeing tour of this wonderful city, including a visit to Edinburgh Castle, perched high above the city. See the Royal Mile, the elegant Palace of Holyrood House in the shadows of Arthur’s Seat and the new Scottish Parliament buildings. Admire the elegant Georgian architecture in the New Town. The rest of the day is free to explore the city further.
Day 4, September 18th - Edinburgh - Roslyn Excursion (B/D). This morning we view the remarkably intact ruins of the 12th century Jedbugh Abbey as well as the neighbouring Melrose Abbey. Later, we visit Roslyn Chapel as depicted in The Da Vinci Code. Afterwards, we follow the River Tween back to Edinburgh. In the evening, we take in a Scottish Dinner and Show at a local restaurant.
Day 5, September 19th - Edinburgh - St. Andrews - Pitlochry - Inverness (2 nights) (B/D). Travel across the Firth of Forth to St. Andrews to view the celebrated university and golf course. Later, we arrive in Pitlochry on the banks of the River Tummel which is known as the gateway to the Highlands. Gain a cultural insight Whisky distilling by visiting a local distillery for a tour and a ‘wee dram’. Later, we arrive at our hotel in Inverness for our two night stay.
Day 6, September 20th - Inverness (B/D). This morning, we make our way to a local sheep farm, where we learn about dog herding and sheep farming. Afterwards, we have some free time to enjoy the Scottish Highlands further. In the afternoon, we visit the Culloden Battlefield visitor centre to commemorate that fateful event from April 6, 1746.
Day 7, September 21st - Inverness - Loch Ness - Glencoe - Glasgow (2 nights) (B/D). We continue along the bonnie banks of Loch Ness – home of the fabled monster. Afterwards, we make our way through Glencoe, site of the infamous massacre of the MacDonald clan by the Campbells in 1692. We continue along the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond to Scotland’s largest city – Glasgow for our two night stay. Dinner is served at our hotel this evening.
Day 8, September 22nd - Glasgow Orientation & Stirling Excursion (B). This morning on our orientation tour of Glasgow, we view the magnificent George Square and the River Clyde, former heart of the shipbuilding industry. Later, we arrive in Stirling to visit the Castle. It’s a symbol of national pride and once a place of great power.
Day 9, September 23rd - Glasgow - Belfast (2 nights) (B/D). We continue our trip to Cairnryan where we board our ferry across to Northern Ireland and its capital of Belfast. We transfer to our hotel for a two night stay and have free time before dinner at our hotel.
Day 10, September 24th - Belfast Sightseeing & Free Time (B). This morning, our Local Specialist takes us on a sightseeing tour to see Queen’s University, City Hall and the Titanic Quarter. Later, we visit the Belfast Visitor Centre, a Cultural Insight into the world’s most famous ship which was built in this city.
Day 11, September 25th - Belfast - Giant’s Causeway - Londonderry (B). This morning visit the Giant’s Causeway, an area of about 40,000 interlocking basalt columns and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later, we arrive in Londonderry where your Local Specialist will show you the city walls as well as the murals of the Bogside which depict the troubles of Northern Ireland.
Day 12, September 26th - Londonderry - Galway (2 nights) (B/D). Today we cross into the Republic of Ireland and arrive in Galway for our two night stay. On our orientation tour we view the charming cathedral with its odd mix of architectural styles and Eyre Square.
Day 13, September 27th - Galway - Aran Island Excursion (B). Today we make our way by ferry to the Aran Islands for our tour. The Islands are home to many Bronze and Iron Age forts and O’Briens Castle.
Day 14, September 28th - Galway - Bunratty - Limerick (B/D). This morning, we visit the Cliffs of Moher, rising up to 700 feet above the pounding Atlantic waves. We arrive in Limerick for our orientation tours. Later, we arrive in the Bunratty Folk Park and enjoy a medieval banquet dinner this evening.
Day 15, September 29th - Limerick - Killarney (2 nights) (B/D). Your morning orientation tour of Limerick takes in views of St. Mary’s Cathedral, Kings John’s Castle and the Treaty. Later, we make our way to Adare, one of the prettiest villages in Ireland en route to Killarney for our two night stay.
Day 16, September 30th - Killarney - Ring of Kerry Excursion (B/D). Today we experience Ireland’s most scenic drive around the Iveragh Peninsula, better known as the Ring of Kerry. It is undoubtedly one of the most magical and varied places in the whole of Ireland and is truly a photographer’s delight. We will also see Daniel O’Connell’s Cahirciveen, the fishing village of Waterville, the Black Valley and Moll’s Gap. Here mountains, valleys, lakes and sea blend into a landscape that is often breathtaking beyond words. In the evening, we dine at a local restaurant.
Day 17, October 1st - Killarney - Blarney - Cork (B). Our journey continues as we make our way to Blarney to visit the castle with a chance to kiss the stone and acquire the gift of gab. Later, we arrive in Cobh to visit the Heritage Museum. Afterwards, we arrive in Cork the ‘Rebel City’ where you have a free evening.
Day 18, October 2nd - Cork - Kilkenny - Dublin (2 nights) (B). We make our way to Kilsheelan en route to Kilkenny to visit the castle before arriving in the Irish capital, Dublin. We arrive at our hotel for our two night stay in the ‘fair city’.
Day 19, October 3rd - Dublin Sightseeing (B/D). This morning, enjoy a sightseeing tour which will include the grand Georgian Squares, Phoenix Park, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, O’Connell Street and an included visit to Trinity College with an opportunity to see the Book of Kells. Afterwards, with our Local Specialist, visit the Guinness Storehouse for a Cultural Insight into the production of this famous drink before you enjoy a pint pulling demonstration. In the evening, we celebrate our Celtic journey with a Farewell Dinner and Irish Show.
Day 20, October 4th - Depart Dublin (B). After breakfast, we say goodbye to Ireland at the end of a dream vacation as we are transferred to the airport for our journey home.

Day 4, January 31st: Honolulu-Embarkation (D). This afternoon, embark on the ‘Pride of America’. Acquaint yourself with the ship.
Day 5, February 1st: Kahului (Maui) (B/L/D). Early this morning, pass between Molokai and Lanai. Arrive at Kahului, Maui at 8:00 am. Tour the Iao Needle and National Park, then amazing Haleakala Crater. In Hawaii’s first capital, Lahina, stroll, shop, or explore the funky town. Return to Kahului for overnight in the harbour on the ship. Shore Excursion.
Day 6, February 2nd: Kahului (Maui) (B/L/D). Unwind aboard the ship, or use some of this day in Kahului to experience Maui’s boundless beauty. Board the ship by 5:00 pm for 6:00 pm departure for Hilo. Enjoy evening ship activities.
Day 7, February 3rd: Hilo (B/L/D). At 8:00 am, arrive at Hilo, Big Island of Hawaii. Tour the magnificent Volcanoes National Park with Crater Rim drive, Halemaumau Fire Pit, Thurston Lava Tube, and walk the lava flows. Shore Excursion.
Day 8, February 4th: Kona (B/L/D). Arrive at Kona, Hawaii (Big Island) at 7:00 am. Enjoy the ship’s activities or choose to go on land to experience the Big Island’s tidal pools and white sand beaches or an afternoon of whale watching. Board ship by 4:30 pm for 5:30 pm ship departure. Enjoy evening ship activities.
Day 9, February 5th: Nawiliwili (Kauai) (B/L/D). 8:00 am, arrive at Port Allen (Nawiliwili), Kauai, land of rainforests and gardens. Tour starts with Koloa viewing the spouting horn, visit Hawaii’s first sugar plantation, then onto Hanapepe Valley Lookout, stopping at Waimea Town (Captain Cook’s first landing), Port Allen and finishing the day with the incredible Waimea Canyon (Grand Canyon of the Pacific). Shore Excursion.
Day 10, February 6th: Nawiliwili (Kauai) (B/L/D). Spend a free morning in Kauai.
Day 11, February 7th: Honolulu (Disembark) (B). Arrive in Honolulu at 7:00 AM. At 9:00 AM, board a motor coach for the Grand Circle Island Tour of Oahu before returning to the hotel for the evening.
Day 12, February 8th: Free Day. Spend the next two free days exploring Honolulu. Visit Waikiki Beach, marvel at the city’s numerous historic and cultural delights, or go shopping on this magnificent island.
Day 13, February 9th: Free Day.
Day 14, February 10th: Polynesian Culture Centre (D). A full day at the Polynesian Culture Centre is on the agenda today. During the day, you will experience island villages with a friendly tour guide. After a day of touring, this evening you will enjoy the VIP Ambassador Ali’I Luau dinner. Your last night in the islands will be topped off with the Breath of Life evening show (VIP Seating). Tour.
Day 15, February 11th: Depart Honolulu. Last minute shopping or just one more picture of the fabulous Waikiki beach, the morning and early afternoon is yours before we transfer to the airport for departure to Canada.
Day 16, January 25th: Arrive Home. Back home with incredible memories of a true paradise on earth.

Day 1, Wednesday, February 4th: Home - Williston ND. Get to know your fellow travellers as you head south to Williston, a booming oil patch, which produces more oil than any other site in the US.
Day 2, Thursday, February 5th: Williston - Deadwood SD (B). Travel to the unique and colourful history of Deadwood, once a rough and rowdy character, settled down into a prosperous commercial centre.
Day 3, Friday, February 6th: Deadwood - Cheyenne WY (B). Explore Deadwood on your own before heading down through Black Hills National Forest and onto the Great Plains of Wyoming.
Day 4, Saturday, February 7th: Cheyenne - Blanding UT (B/D). Take in the views as you pass through Colorado, the Arapaho National Forest and onto Blanding the gateway to Utah’s Canyon Country.
Day 5, Sunday, February 8th: Blanding - Flagstaff AZ (B). Today you’ll see the Canyon de Chelly National Monument as well as travel through the Petrified Forest with a stop at the Rainbow Forest Museum. Then onto to Flagstaff for two nights.
Day 6, Monday, February 9th: Flagstaff (B). This morning tour around the Grand Canyon Village. This afternoon visit the Lowell Observatory known for its discovery of the planet Pluto in 1930.
Day 7, Tuesday, February 10th: Flagstaff - Mesa AZ (B/D). Admire the magnificent red sandstone on route to Sedona. In Mesa for three nights. Enjoy champagne and cracker welcome reception then off to Barleen’s family dinner and show at Arizona Opry.
Day 8, Wednesday, February 11th: Mesa (B/D). This morning tour the Musical Instrument Museum. Headsets give you a chance to hear a collection of over 15,000 musical instruments and associated objects includes examples from nearly 200 countries and territories. This afternoon Bashas’ Art Gallery with over 3,000 pieces of art depicting numerous mediums. This evening enjoy entertainment and dinner at the Organ Stop Pizza.
Day 9, Thursday, February 12th: Mesa (B/L). Today you will go to the Heard Museum. It is a living museum that teaches the heritage and the living cultures and arts of Native peoples, with emphasis on the peoples of the Southwest. This afternoon you will go for a relaxing narrated cruise on board the Desert Belle.
Day 10, Friday, February 13th: Mesa - Tucson AZ (B/L). Before you leave Mesa, stroll through the 1500 booths of the must see Swap Meet. Lunch and tour of the Queen Creek Olive Mill. Learn about the different varieties of olives grown around the world, specific types they grow and press locally and the health benefits of extra virgin olive oil. Then off to experience Tucson for three days.
Day 11, Saturday, February 14th: Tucson (B). Guided Tucson City Tour with many highlights and Saguaro National Park. Free evening.
Day 12, Sunday, February 15th: Tucson (B). FREE DAY to do as you wish. Sight-see on your own.

Day 14, Tuesday, February 17th: Yuma - Las Vegas NV (B). En route to Vegas take a walk across London Bridge in Lake Havasu. It is a relocated 1831 bridge formerly spanned the River Thames in London England, until it was dismantled in 1967. This evening take part in the experience of the “old strip” on Freemont Street in Las Vegas.
Day 15, Wednesday, February 18th: Las Vegas (B). This morning learn a little history of Vegas on a guided City tour. This afternoon appreciate the ingenuity and grandeur of the Hoover Dam.
Day 16, Thursday, February 19th: Las Vegas - Jackpot NV (B). Travel north through forests, sagebrush and desert to Jackpot to the infamous Cactus Pete’s “mini Vegas”.

Day 2, Sunday, March 1st: Calgary - Salmon Arm BC (B). A stop in Banff to spend some time strolling, shopping and photo ops of the gorgeous mountain views before travelling onto Salmon Arm BC.
Day 3, Monday, March 2nd: Salmon Arm - Bellingham WA (B). Travel past Shuswap Country as you head south crossing the Huntington/Sumas border into the state of Washington to Bellingham for the night. A little sightseeing this morning with a stop at an antiques mall. Tour the Sparks Museum of Electrical Invention after lunch then head to Seattle for the night.

Day 6, Thursday, March 5th: Seattle - Newport OR (B). Travel through Eatonville via Portland then onto to Newport for the night. Tour through the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse built in 1871.
Day 7, Friday, March 6th: Newport - Eureka CA (B). Early start to get through Coos Bay, Brookings and into the heart of Redwood National and State Parks. Visit Trees of Mystery a premier nature attraction with gondola rides and museum. Overnight Eureka.
Day 8, Saturday, March 7th: Eureka to Napa CA (B). Drive through the impressive “Avenue of the Giants” and Willits. Drive by Ridgewood Ranch the home and resting place of Sea Biscuit. Tour Fairfield Jelly Belly factory, grab a sample or two, before stopping in Napa for two nights.
Day 9, Sunday, March 8th: Napa CA (B/L). Today offers a taste of Napa Valley at its best. A guided tour of the valley before the wine tasting tour and outdoor gourmet BBQ grill created by the winery’s Italian Chef.
Day 10, Monday, March 9th: Napa - San Francisco CA (B). Guided city tour which include Golden Gate Park and the Japanese Tea Garden. We cross the Golden Gate Bridge with a stop in Sausalito, Twin Peaks, and see the most crooked street in San Francisco. Finish the day with an optional tour to Alcatraz ($35 additional). Please pay at time of deposit if wishing to partake in this tour.
Day 11, Tuesday, March 10th: San Francisco CA (B). Free Day to do as you wish. Bus & Driver do not move. Cable Car is close to hotel for you to explore SanFran.
Day 12, Wednesday, March 11th: San Francisco - Pasadena CA (B). Today begins with Cannery Row in Monterey. Travel the 17 mile scenic loop through Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove and Carmel. Next Santa Barbara, Santa Monica and Pasadena for three nights.
Day 13, Thursday, March 12th: Pasadena CA (B/L). Guided tour and time spent at the Arboretum and Botanic Garden then it’s “off to the races". Thoroughbred horse racing showcased at Historic Santa Anita Park with reserved seating and buffet luncheon provided. View the spectacular mountains of San Gabriel.
Day 14, Friday, March 13th: Pasadena CA (B/L). Today you taste your way through Los Angeles with every stop you will enjoy the local delicacies and ethnic cultures. You will also visit Grauman’s Chinese Theatre and Hollywood Walk of Fame. Your final stop is one of the city’s oldest wineries making this tour truly memorable.
Day 15, Saturday, March 14th: Pasadena - Fresno CA (B). Travel through Sequoia and Kings National Park, famous for their giant sequoia trees which are one of the largest trees on Earth. Free evening in Fresno.
Day 16, Sunday, March 15th: Fresno - Sacramento CA (B). Guided city tour of Sacramento. A few of the highlights will be the California Capital, American River Parkway and the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. Free evening.
Day 17, Monday, March 16: Sacramento - Bend OR (B). Today we head north passing through Redding, Klamath Falls and overnight in Bend, Oregon.
Day 18, Tuesday, March 17th: Bend - Leavenworth WA (B). Continue northeast through Madras and Yakima. In early to Leavenworth giving you a chance to stroll around where the entire town centre is Bavarian themed. Try a beer and sausage or check out the Nut Cracker Museum.
Day 19, Wednesday, March 18th: Levenworth WA to Cranbrook BC (B, D). Travel through Moses Lake, Riverfront Park in Spokane (weather permitting), and Bonner’s Ferry. We cross the Canadian border into Cranbrook for overnight.
Day 20, Thursday, March 19th: Cranbrook - Medicine Hat AB (B). Travel via Fernie, Lethbridge, then onto Medicine Hat. Enjoy your windup banquet this evening.
Day 21, Friday, March 20th: Medicine Hat - Home (B). Home with all your added memories and new found friends.
