A Personal Invitation
On behalf of Bev and Archie, Dana and I would like to extend an invitation to those of you that have travelled with these two amazing directors over these past 16 years to join them on their last adventure as directors with Lobstick Travel and Tours. For those of you that know Bev and Arch, their devotion to their fellow travels is an example for us all! We know this cruise will be wondrous and filled with great memories. Day 1, November 23rd, 2016: Fly from Saskatoon/Regina to Los Angeles, CA and transfer to the Queen Mary hotel for a two night stay.
Day 2, November 24th, 2016 – Queen Mary (B/D): Now retired from sailing the 7 seas, the Queen Mary will provide you will a full day of touring be it the Glory Days Tour (history and legends of this majestic ship), Diana: Legacy of a Princess Exhibit, Haunted Encounters , and so much more. This evening we will have a welcome dinner aboard the ship.
Day 3, November 25th, 2016 – Los Angeles Embarkation (B/L/D): After two days in port, it is time to say goodbye to the Queen Mary and make your way to the Norwegian Jewel for your 15 day cruising adventure through the Panama Canal. Ship departs at 5 PM.
Day 4, November 26th, 2016 – Day at Sea (B/L/D): Your first day at sea. A chance to relax and explore all that the Norwegian Jewel has to offer.
Day 5, November 27th, 2016 - Cabo San Lucas (B/L/D): The first port on your adventure is Cabo. This southernmost enclave on the tip of the Baja Peninsula features unearthly rock formations and white sandy beaches. This is an ideal area to dive or snorkel, swim with the dolphins, or try sport fishing. NCL Shore Excursion Options.
Day 6, November 28th, 2016 – Day at Sea (B/L/D)
Day 7, November 29th, 2016 – Acapulco, Mexico (B/L/D): Glamorous, spontaneous and splashy, Acapulco is a city that invites superlatives. It delivers an action packed, 24-hour exuberance that makes every moment count, with an array of attractions and activities to please almost any visitor. Shop, swim or simply take a siesta on the beach. But be sure not to miss the legendary La Quebrada cliff divers. NCL Shore Excursion Options.
Day 8, November 30th, 2016 – At Sea (B/L/D)
Day 9, December 1st, 2016 – Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala (B/L/D): Puerto Quetzal is your starting point for one of Guatemala’s most popular destinations. Take a shore excursion of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed city of Antigua, visit the Volcanic Lake Atitlán (Lago de Atitlán) or the well-preserved Mayan ruins of Tikal. Day 10, December 2nd, 2016 – Corinto, Nicaragua (B/L/D): Nicaragua’s largest port, Corinto sits on an island connected to the mainland by bridges. Nicaragua is home to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches, and the area offers long stretches of white sand and clear blue waters. Visit the nearby city of León to see the wonderful cathedral, monuments and colonial buildings as well as the ruins of León Viejo, one of the oldest Spanish settlements in the Americas. Day 11, December 3rd, 2016 – Puntarenas, Costa Rica (B/L/D): Stroll the seaport town with its multi-coloured cottages and local markets. Head to Carara Tropical Rainforest to explore exotic flora and fauna with a naturalist guide. Or opt for a tour of San Jose – home of the Teatro Nacional and Museo del Oro. Day 12, December 4th, 2016 - Day At Sea (B/L/D)
Day 13, December 5th, 2016 – Daylight Transit Panama Canal (B/L/D): Today as the Jewel enters the canal, it will rise 85 feet in one of the legendary Gatun Locks. As you cross the Continental Divide – a journey that took mariners of long ago many years to complete – a new world of wonder and amazement awaits you on the other side.
Day 14, December 6th, 2016 – Cartagena, Columbia: Founded in 1533, Cartagena is the picture-perfect Spanish-colonial village. A fortress wall surrounds the historical village’s pastel-colouredarchitecture, quaint streets and fine cathedrals. Stroll though the walled old town (Ciudad Murallada), shop the boutiques housed in what used to be dungeons, and otherwise enjoy a jaunt through a rich history. NCL Shore Excursion Options.
Day 15, December 7th, 2016 - Day At Sea (B/L/D)

Day 17, December 9th, 2016 – Disembarkation – Return Home (B): Arrive and disembark in Miami before transferred to the airport for your flights home to Canada.
