This 13 day tour offers you unique cuisine, music, and carnival celebrations. Day 1 - Saturday, February 18th - Saskatchewan to Winnipeg area: Greet your fellow travellers as you board the coach on route to Manitoba.

Day 2 - Sunday, February 19th - Winnipeg to Sioux Falls (B): Crossing the US border, travelling south through Fargo and Watertown. 

Day 3, Monday, February 20th - Sioux Falls to Kansas City (B): This afternoon a guided city tour of Kansas City. Later take in the Spanish-inspired shopping district, dotted with fountains and statues of the Country Club Plaza. It was the first shopping centre in the world to accommodate shoppers arriving by automobile. If you don't want to shop you can take in the sights and sounds of the Plaza on a horse drawn carriage ride or a gondola float on the adjacent Brush Creek.

Day 4, Tuesday, February 21st - Kansas City to Little Rock (B): Today enjoy snooping for a bargain in one of the AtoZ Stores. Later, you will visit the re-created 1880’s water-powered Old Mill used in the opening scenes of Gone with the Wind. If time allows, ride the River Rail Trolley to the most vibrant sites in Little Rock.

 Day 5, Wednesday, February 22nd - Little Rock to New Orleans (B/D): Today, you will browse an antique shop for some hidden gems. Later, board the Natchez Steamboat, savour the beauty and romance of the New Orleans skyline along the Mississippi River. Leisurely stroll back to your hotel to catch one of the numerous parades during Mardi Gras.

Day 6, Thursday, February 23rd - New Orleans (B): Guided Isle tour, witness 9th Ward still recovering from Hurricane Katrina. Travel through the elegant districts under shady oak trees. Visit the new Canal Lighthouse Museum. After lunch, journey through scenic cypress swamps, hear of a land of Creoles, pirates, slaves and voodoo. Visit the Laura Plantation, a Creole plantation whose charm is rich in history. 

Day 7, Friday, February 24th - New Orleans (B): FREE DAY. Driver has today OFF. You are free to do as you wish.

Day 8, Saturday, February 25th - New Orleans to Texarkana (B): This morning you will drive by historical landmarks in Baton Rouge. Stop at “the place” to visit - Shreveport, LouisianaBoardwalk Outlets. It is the Largest Outlet in the state of Louisiana. If shopping isn't your thing, there are a few Riverboat Casinos nearby - or check out one of their waterworks, science or Art Museums. Overnight in the Twin city of Texarkana AR.

Day 9, Sunday, February 26th - Texarkana to Springdale (B): Travel to historic Fort Smith and visit Miss Laura’s Bordello. If time permits, we'll visit the Gallows of Hanging Judge Parker. Wander through a series of pavilions nestled around two spring-fed ponds at Crystal Bridges. You will complete your day by seeing where and how Walmart began. A self-guided tour of Walton's 5-10 world class exhibit gallery and step back in time and have an ice cream cone at The Spark Cafe and Soda Fountain.

 Day 10, Monday, February 27th - Springdale to Kansas City (B/D): North to Kansas City. Discover the Hallmark story. Exhibits demonstrate the creativity and innovation that go into making Hallmark products. In 1910, Hallmark started from a shoe-box, and it now creates products in 30 languages that reach 100 countries. Later, Sea Life will transport you into the amazing underwater world with its 360° ocean tunnel - nose to nose with sea creatures without getting wet. Dinner in your hotel. Free evening.

Day 11, Tuesday, February 28th - Kansas City to Plymouth (B/D): Drive by the James C. Jordan House. This house was a station for the Underground Railroad. It housed many slaves being lead to freedom. Visit Iowa State Capitol, which is the only five-domed capitol in the country. Set atop a hill, it offers beautiful panoramic views of downtown and West Capitol Terrace. Continue onto Plymouth. 

 Day 12, Wednesday, March 1st - Plymouth to Winnipeg (B): Travelling north to Thief River Falls, you will tour the Arctic Cat Factory. See designs, engineers, manufactures and marketing of snowmobiles, ATV’s, Side by Sides as well as parts, garments and accessories. **(We've been informed due to production being low at Arctic Cat we will have a plan B if we cannot do the tour)**. Stop in at US Duty Free. Back into Canada - overnight in Winnipeg.

Day 13, Thursday, March 2nd - Winnipeg to Saskatchewan (B): Homeward bound with great memories and new found friends.

You'll visit the Fujairah Museum to see displays of old weapons, traditional costumes, and artefacts. No visit to Fujairah is complete without experiencing the Friday Market. 29 March 2017 - Muscat, Oman (B/L/D): A scenic drive takes you through the exclusive Omani residential district of Shati Al Qurum. You'll visit the Grand Mosque, the largest and most exclusive mosque in Oman, before stopping at the colourful Muttrah Souq, where the scent of exotic Arabian perfumes and spices fills the air. Continue to Bait Al Zubair, a private museum housing collections of traditional Omani items. 06 April 2017 - Safaga, Egypt (Luxor) (B/L/D): Arriving in Luxor, you'll cross the Nile River and proceed to the West Bank for a visit to the Valley of the Kings. It is here you'll find the remarkable tombs of Egypt's ancient kings, their families and other nobility. You'll enjoy a buffet style lunch at a local hotel. 07 April 2017 - Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt (B/L/D): This diverse tour allows you to explore the mangroves, the magnificent scenery of the desert and the Bedouin way of life found on the Sinai Peninsula. Travel to the Nabak National Forest where you'll see this unique ecosystem of mangroves up close. Drive on through the desert to the Nabak Museum to learn about the area's local wildlife and birds. 08 April 2017 - Suez Canal (B/L/D): Connecting Europe and Asia, this canal through the desert challenged engineers for nearly 4,000 years. Begun in 1858, the 120 mile (193 km) passage from one sea to the other takes 11 to 16 hours.

09 April 2017 - Haifa, Israel (B/L/D): Boarding your coach at the pier, you'll enjoy a picturesque drive from Haifa to Nazareth - the place where Jesus spent his early years. You'll travel through Cana, the place Jesus performed his first miracle of turning water into wine. Then it's on to Tabgha, where he later multiplied the loaves and fishes. Following a busy morning, you'll be heading off along the panoramic seashore to the Yardenit baptismal sight where the River Jordan separates from the Sea of Galilee. 15 April 2017 - Venice, Italy (B/L/D): You could start a discussion about Venice by praising its restaurants, wine bars, marble churches or blown glass. But you probably won't. You'll likely start with the fact that Venice is build on water. It is a place where people either float slowly down palace-lined man-made waterways or stroll down narrow alleyways. There's no more extraordinary place to find yourself, or lose yourself. Optional shore excursions available.

Travel through VALEMOUNT and BLUE RIVER. View the 75 meter tall SPAHATS FALLS. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the NORTH THOMPSON RIVER PROVINCIAL PARK. Then off to KAMLOOPS for the evening.

DAY 4, APRIL 22ND, SAT. KAMLOOPS - NANAIMO (B): Shop at the JADE STORE in CACHE CREEK. Lunch on own in the community of LILLOOET. Driving tour of WHISTLER, easy walk to the BRANDYWINE FALLS lookout. Catch the HORSESHOE BAY ferry to DEPARTURE BAY and spend the night in NANAIMO.

DAY 5, APRIL 23RD, SUN. NANAIMO - PORT ALBERNI (B): Walk amongst the giant Douglas-fir trees in CATHEDRAL GROVE in MACMILLAN PROVINCIAL PARK. Continue on to UCLUELET driving tour, followed by sightseeing in the relaxed surf town of TOFINO. DAY 11, APRIL 29TH, SAT. VANCOUVER - KELOWNA (B): Today, visit the spectacular sight of HELL'S GATE. Travel through the numerous vineyards along the slopes on your way to KELOWNA.

DAY 12, APRIL 30TH, SUN. KELOWNA - CALGARY (B/F): Morning stop at CRAIGELLACHIE, the site of the "Last Spike" of the Canadian Pacific Railway. Continue on to GOLDEN, to the KICKING HORSE BRIDGE, a brief stop at the CASTLE MOUNTAIN CAMP INTERNMENT MEMORIAL, for the immigrant prisoners of Ukrainian, Austrian, Hungarian and German descent. View the BOW FALLS, with a brief stop in BANFF, before heading to CALGARY for overnight. This evening is your (F) farewell social. 

DAY 13, MAY 1ST, MON. CALGARY - SK (B): Homeward bound, cherishing wonderful memories of your travels with new found friends.
